Toyota helped to face climate change in Wałbrzych
Toyota as a leading company in Wałbrzych with high environmental awareness took part in the global initiative "Morizukuri" concerning planting trees.
On 14th July, employees of the Toyota factory in Wałbrzych took part in the initiative "Morizukuri" concerning planting trees. On that day around 100 of linden and beech plants were planted.
The aim of the global "Morizukuri" project is to promote and increase biodiversity of the region, active fight against global warming and climate change as well as to contribute to the environmental challenges of company defined as Toyota Environmental Challenge 2050.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland is one of the leading production facilities in Wałbrzych. The initiative deserves all appreciation, and shows that not only city authorities, whole communities or individual citizens but also locally active business might contribute to the fight against global warming.
Awareness of the problem and willingness to act for improvement are the key.
